At Westman Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking number handy until your refund is fully processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
